Step 1.
You start with the "body" and attach the axles and front wheel assembly to the body.

Step 2.
Slide the wheels into hollow axles securing with clevis pin, then slide the axles into the body.
|
|

|
|
Step 3.
Line up the arrows & slide in "safety snap pins" and lock with "snap in place" securing device.
|
|
 |
|
|
Step 4.
Lift front end of the body, slide front wheel assembly into position and secure with "safety snap pins".
|
|
 |
|
|
Step 5.
Slide the brake handle into its base on the left of the body until it clicks into place.
|
|
 |
|
|
|
|

|
Step 6.
Assemble the 4 sections of the mast, slide the sail onto the mast, then seat the mast/sail combination into front wheel assembly/mast holder base.

|
Step 7.
Slide the "boom" into the short boom holder attached to the sail. Tie the end of the sail to the end of the boom with the provided cord.
|

Step 8.
Thread the "main sheet" or "sail control cord" from the back of the body, through the pulley on the sail, along the bottom to the mast pulley.
|

|
|
Step 9.
Feed the "main sheet" down through the body pulley and tie off the end of the cord so it doesn't come out through the pulley.

|
Step 10.
Within 10 minutes you are ready to board your Wind Chaser®, strap yourself in and start the fun!

Disassembly:

Taking the Wind Chaser® is even easier than putting it together. Just reverse the steps of the assembly, put the parts back in their bags and you are done! They are easy and light to stow back in your car, van or SUV and then still in their bags, you can store them fro the next time knowing that they will be protected.
